B. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Please carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the contract package, before you subscribe to any of our organized trips. The General Terms and Conditions are the general information rights and obligations of both parties in the package.

1. ORGANIZER
Our company CEL TOURS A.E. (Hereinafter the “Company”) based in Athens (45 Solonos Street, 106 72) is intended inter alia to organize travel (EOT Ar.adeias 02 577), and is a member of the Association of the Greece Travel and Tourism Agencies HATTA ( AM 502) .Your participation in some of the tours of CEL tOURS SA It is a contract between you and the company CEL TOURS A.E.

2. CONTRACT FOR PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZED TRAVEL

This contract covers you and the persons you represent and cover finances and their names listed in this contract. 3. REGISTRATION-BOOKINGS

The customer is registered with the name given by / the same / a or the agent acting on his behalf. Please check your passport as the company Cel Tours AE assumes no liability in case of error on the ticket and other reservations. In case of ticket cancellation due to name change is possible cancellation fees.

4. PRICES
The values given in our respective applicable price list, have been calculated based on the costs of travel (airfares, transport costs, hotel deals) and exchange rates prevailing at the date of the price list. The Company reserves the right to price adjustment upon a change in cost factors of the trip. Guidance (and not limited to) lists the following reasons:

-Increase Fares and fuel surcharges, fees, taxes

-Observable increase in exchange rates relate to the Euro.

Changing the travel price due to the above causes, can be up to 20 days of departure. If the price increase considerably for the above reasons, the customer within three days of the notice, may cancel their participation and retrieve the monies paid or to be offered another trip of equal value. If the client does not respond within this time limit, the Company is obliged to cancel their participation and to return all monies paid without any other notice, net of management fees, in accordance with the substance of the term for cancellations. The slight change in the price (not exceeding 10% of the trip value) is not a reason for canceling participation in the above.

NOTE: The prices indicated in the price lists do not include any additional costs such as airport taxes, port charges, taxes and other surcharges, gratuities, visas, gala dinners, etc .. Prices for taxes and visas have been calculated based on the data valid at the date of the price list and can be modified to make the trip. The visa costs are calculated as group visa price. If a foreign passport, Express or individual visas, the price varies case by case.

5. OBLIGATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY

Our company acts as a mediator between the customer / traveler and the various providers of services used for the organization of trips (transport companies, airlines, hotels, local travel agencies, etc.) who have no direct control. It is emphasized that the Company is unable to predict or control circumstances that are foreign to the sphere of influence and may lead to cancellation of the trip or non-performance or improper performance of the agreed travel services. Typical examples of such cases are strikes, accidents, diseases, epidemics, organic disorders due to local conditions, altitude, climate, these meals are not included in the trip program or due to insufficient hygiene from external factors, injuries or hardships of war, coups, terrorist operations, hijackings, earthquakes, weather conditions, fires, epidemics, toxic contamination and any other force majeure situation. -To Buy another tour of our company at the same price or cheaper, where the price difference will be refunded or expensive, which will pay the extra difference in price.

-To Cancel his journey while returning the entire sum of money paid, minus administrative expenses, in accordance with the substance to the condition of cancellations.

2. During the trip leader or local representative has the right to make changes to the travel schedule when it comes to face some extraordinary event, such as canceled or delayed transport routes or even events of force majeure (war, coup, Mr. earthquake .a.). 7. TOUR CANCELLATION

Our Company has the right to cancel any trip for the following reasons:

In case of force majeure events (as mentioned above) at any time. In this case our company is required to reimburse participants in full the amount of money already paid, minus administrative expenses, in accordance with the substance of the term for cancellations.

In both the above cases the client has the right to purchase another tour of our company at the same price or cheaper, which will be refunded the price difference, or more expensive, which will pay the extra difference in price.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Compliance Guidelines.
The customer is obliged to comply with the travel schedule and the instructions of escorts or guides. Vaccinations – Health: The Company provides all the information about any necessary vaccinations or other medical precautions for the tropical areas or other epidemics. The Company is not responsible for illness, injury, loss of life, accident or other emergency health incident during the journey.

Complaints:
Any complaints should be reported immediately to the leader – escort or to our local representative, who will try to satisfy your request. 9. INCLUDED SERVICES
Air tickets:
Air travel collective trips performed with economy class tickets and based in mass fares require a certain minimum number of travelers (which differs depending on the trip) and subject to residence restrictions and stopovers. 11. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing and signed by him who made the original booking. The cancellation applies from the day you received the written request from the Company. The cancellation of participation is subject to the following cancellation fees per person (unless stated otherwise in the pricelist-excursion program), depending on the time of cancellation:

Participation cancellation 21-15 days before departure: cancellation fees 35% of the total package

Participation cancellation 14-5 days before departure: cancellation fees 75% of the total package.

Participation cancellation 4 days prior to departure: charged 100% of the total package.

In an emergency, you have the right to assign your trip (valid for travel without extra procedures, visa etc) to a third party up to 5 days before departure, provided that:

d) not causing problems in the smooth realization of the excursion.

Agreed hereby that the customer owes the Company as minimal fee for services provided by this service the amount of 70 Euro per person (handling fee). That fee, which will be issued proof of service, charged only if the client ultimately did not make the trip and is not required and is charged the minimum fee of the Company for the supply of a service.

12. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
The contract between the traveler and the company governed by Greek law. Exclusively competent for any dispute that may arise from this contract are the courts of Athens.

Your participation in any of our travel implies full acceptance of the general conditions. The terms of the contract between the company and the traveler may not be amended, supplemented as interpreted except in writing.
